What You Can Expect

Day 01

Colombo

You will be picked up from Bandaranaike International Airport or your centrally located hotel in Sigiriya, Colombo, Nuwaraeliya, or Kandy and proceed to the hotel for check-in. Stay overnight in Colombo.

Day 02

Colombo – Dambulla

Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the drive to Dambulla. Stay overnight in Dambulla.

Day 03

Dambulla – Kandy

Climb the famous Sigiriya Rock, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, and then transfer to Kandy. Watch Cultural Show and stay overnight in Kandy.

Day 04

Kandy – Kitulgala

Visit Tooth Temple and Botanical Garden. Take a city tour Kandy for city sightseeing and shopping. Stay overnight in Kitulgala

Day 05

Kitulgala – Nuwaraeliya

Enjoy water rafting in the morning and then visit tea plantations and factory. Stay overnight in Nuwaraeliya.

Day 06

Nuwaraeliya – Ella – Tissamaharama

Train ride from Nuwareliya to Ella where you could observe the beauty of Sri Lanka while passing through the middle of the tea plantations and vegetable gardens. Stay overnight in Tissamaharama.

Day 07

Tissamaharama – Bentota

Visit the Yala Safari and then drive to Bentota. On the way visit Hummanaya Blow Hole and Galle Fort and stay overnight in Bentota Beach Side Hotel

Day 08

Bentota – Colombo

There is no itinerary planned for the day. You will be transferred back to Bandaranaike International Airport or your centrally located hotel in Colombo.
